So you want to work from home?

 So, you want to work from home so you can spend more time enjoying life? Well, it's not that easy sadly. I have been working from home for a while now and here are some of things that I have learned about it. Bear with me because I went through a lot of trial and error and hopefully by reading this you be saved a lot of the trouble that I had to go through.

It's still an eight-hour day

Before switching to working only at home I was a teacher, and I was ok with teaching up until my last job which was so bad that I just turned by back on the profession for hte most part. Kepp mind I was teahing for lose to 15 years with a master's in education and fully state certified. But because I was a teacher for so long my first attempt at working from home which didn't turn out so well was tutoring online. What I found out from it is that it's very different. 

At a normal school they just give you students, and the important thing is are the students learning. Online tutoring was more about if the students like you are not in my opinion, before leaving brick and mortar schools I could be classified as an angry teacher. Keep in mind I know teachers who are the same and they have an absolute passion for the profession. Needless to say, online tutoring didn't work out for me.

So I turned to marketing online, affiliate marking to be precise. I tried marking something that I love, which is music and didn't make any money, I also have tried the most expensive that I can find which is gold and actually made some money. But blogging about precious metals isn't something that I want to do every day, so I turned to making a news aggregator site for that.

Now I'm writing this blog because I think this is the fast way to getting enough money, I don't have to put in eight hours day, but  I still am. I have tried a number of products along the way and something of them have been helpful and some of them haven't. There are lot's of products out there that can help people make money and work from home. An example would be Bloggi, which will help you set up a blog and get to making money pretty quickly.

I am still working at making money as I believe this is a process that takes time to master and is not something that can be achieved over night. It would be really nice if it was though.
