How to make money on You Tube without making videos seems like an odd question as that is what people put on You Tube is videos. However, when thinking and researching this there are a few methods that someone who wanted to make money on You Tube could employ. First you could hire someone else to d all the work for you than just post the videos to your channel. Second there is a way of making money by using stock or public domain videos then you just add some nice music to it. People do make money using this method. Lastly you could try and use someone else's video to make money, but this is a little more complicated and might require more work.
The first option is to pay someone to make the videos for you. What you would do is set up your channel, find a niche that you like, then go to a website like Fiverr or Upwork. Once there you would start looking for people to create your videos for you. This is probably the most expensive and remember you get what you pay for. However, if you don't want to make your own videos then this is probably the easiest way to do.
Next you can go to a website like pexels.com and look for public domain videos, then you just put music over them. Or if you're trying to sell something you could write a script or get an AI like ChatGPT to write the script for you then use another AI like Play.ht to generate voices for the script that you would play over the video.
Lastly if you really don't want to make any videos at all but you're ok with a little extra work you could try this method. What you do is pick a product or niche. Once you have what you want to sell go to You Tube that talks about what you are trying to sell people. Take the URL for that video and got to Sniply.io and create an account. Once you have created your account you will make a snippet which is a little window that appears at the bottom of the screen. Your' going to use this is sell your product. You will get a new link form Sniply. This new link you will then go and promote on social media sights. Remember you are promoting the video not your product. People will see your link, click on it for the video, see your snippet and hopefully buy.
